Shipping

Orders leave our warehouse within one business day. Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The product must be in resalable condition.

Using your hose

• Always turn the water off at the spigot when you are done — leaving it pressurized shortens the life of any expanding hose.
• Let the hose drain fully before storing it.
• Store out of direct sunlight when possible.
• Do not leave it connected through a hard freeze.

Warranty

Manufacturing defects are covered. Damage from freezing, pressure above the rated limit, or cuts from external objects is not.
