Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be in resalable condition with all original parts.

Email deone1e1ayk72l84@outlook.com with your order number and the reason. We will send return instructions and an address.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue the refund to the original payment method. Banks typically post it within 5 to 10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will replace it at no cost.

Gift cards and items damaged by freezing, over-pressurization, or cuts from external objects cannot be returned.
