By using this store or placing an order you accept these terms.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch. If an item is mispriced or out of stock we may cancel and refund in full before dispatch.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout. Prices can change without notice; the price at the moment you order is the price that applies.

Product use

Our hoses are for outdoor water use at normal residential pressure. Using them outside their rated pressure, with chemicals, or through a freeze voids the warranty.

Intellectual property

The text, images, and layout of this store belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our registered address.
