Processing

Orders placed before 1pm on a business day leave the warehouse the same day. Orders after that ship the next business day.

Standard delivery runs 2 to 7 business days after dispatch. Remote addresses can take longer.

You receive a tracking number by email when the order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to register the first scan.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. Promotional free-shipping thresholds are shown on the product page when they apply.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we contact you to arrange a reship or a refund minus the outbound shipping cost.
